Build up to London Fashion Week

To say I am excited about being back in London in a fortnight for London Fashion Week is an understatement. I am literally bursting at the seams (no pun intended) to be surrounded by fellow journalists, models, designers, photographers the whole shebang.

Truth be told what I am really excited about is reliving my first experience of London Fashion Week. It was September 2016 and I had just arrived from Barcelona. I was in an uber from the airport heading home when I decided to check my email. In my inbox was an invitation to the Julien Macdonald fashion show. I was so delighted I started rambling to my travel companion about how this was the best news ever. Julien delivered a most spectacular show. The clothes were stunning, the VIP guests were friendly (Fearne Cotton and Ella Eyre in particular) and I had the time of my life.

So in the build up to London Fashion Week AW17 I found myself pouring over the images from the Julien Macdonald show and wanted to share them with you for your viewing pleasure.
